Breaking the Ice

Just above the freezing point, but yesterday the lake was ice free. So not this moring.







Going west proved impossible.


East was slightly better, but I had to break through the ice for about 100 meters.

Late Boxing Day Paddle (one day late)

After a varm and windy Christmas, it finally snowed yesterday. But this morning was beautiful, so we deecided to get rid of some of that food.
